  1. Probably not, but if you have a real prostate problem I assume you have had it checked.

    Far more likely to be just coming from the lower nerves in your back and pelvis.

    Chiropractic can help usually - get a good one off a major insurance website - they are the best and the most reasonable.


  2. Generally speaking I would say no, though your question is pretty vague.  The sensory nerves to the leg are derived from the lumbosacral spine and they don't go anywhere near the prostate.

    Men who've had their prostates surgically removed may have numbness in the perineum from nerve damage.  If prostate cancer metastasizes to the spine it could potentially take out the sensory nerves.

    So....no.  (Unless someone here knows "alternative anatomy")
