they sure can. My parents have been tracking me for over a year now, no matter how much I delete the history. I don't even know how though... It's some security thing that they downloaded. I think... It's pretty mysterious, I don't like it. Once I figured out their password and hacked into the security thing, but my sister ratted on me when she found out... stupid me why did I tell her? ;)
