Can your stomache be soft if your 7 months pregnant?

If your overweight or carry weight on your stomach, than it is very possible.  I will be 7 months monday and have some extra weight in my stomach.  When I stand up it's pretty much solid, but when I sit down, my stomach is soft.  But if your underweight, then something might be wrong.

possibly if you have that extra cushion...my doctor says that my stomach muscles are too tight...

i was always small and always had a soft belly except during contractions.

It depends on how much extra fluff you were carrying in the middle when you got pregnant.  If you were on the heavier side, you could have a soft tummy.  You also might have a softer tummy if your baby is laying closer to your spine.  I'm 34 weeks pregnant and weighed 180 when I got pregnant and my tummy has been hard since about 6 or 7 months.  The only time it's soft is when I lie on my back.

If you were heavier to begin with.. nothing to worry about though.
