  1. Sometimes I do. You can use the same amount, works perfectly fine! Though the taste is somewhat different, at least it's healthier!

    In 99.99% of recipes it will not change the taste or look of the product.

    I use Rice Milk the same way.

  3. Soy milk can be used in place of cow’s milk in most recipes on a 1-1 ratio (if your recipe calls for 1 cup milk, use 1 cup soy milk, for example).

    But yeah, for cakes and stuff it works very well.

  7. For the most part, soy (as well as rice, almond, etc.) milk can be used to replace cow's milk.

    The only exception I've ever seen is Jell-O pudding mix states not to use soy milk, as the pudding would not set.
