I'm 22, 6'4 and roughly 390lb when i was young i used to very tall, an example of that is when i was let's say 12 or 13 i was about 5'9 or 5'10. But since my 9th or 10th birthday i started to gain weight and have been seriously overweight since then. But as i stated can that stunt your growth, family, freinds, coaches, even physicians told me that i could grow to be as tall as 6'8 or 6'9. Yet here i am at 6'4 i've recently started a training regiment to get to the recommend average weight of 195lb for a man my size, so stupid question here... will i grow if i lose the weight?.

  1. You are still tall. You did not used to be tall.

Is there a reason that you want to be 6'8"? Are you not happy just being you?

You are 22 years old. You have reached your full height. However you might want to lose weight for health reasons anyway.
