Can yuo help me make a pie chart in Microsoft Excel 2007??

how can i put these in and make a pie chart? complete run through would be great thanks!!!

put the description one column and the value in other column

select both the rows and the columns after the data in entered

then click the graph button or go to data and then graph - click the button which is self guided and will help you to draw the pie chart.

Couldn't be easier in 2007:

Put all the categories in a row of cells, then put all the numbers next to the relevant categories.

Highlight all the data you've just put in (both rows) and then go to the insert tab.

Click on the pie chart symbol and select one of the charts (doesnt matter which, id use the first one) from the dropdown.

Job done!
