Can zippo lighters be refilled with gas?

Question

I only have enough money for a zippo lighter, not the gas, so can I refill it with gas? Also,do you know if I can get one at rite aid or iga?

Don't use gasoline, use the proper lighter fluid.

It'll light, but who knows what additives are in it?

Also, you'll smell like gasoline all day.  Who wants that!
