Canada and USA in a mother nature war? (humor question)?

Minnesota and Manitoba are now in a 48-hour weather war. A massive cold arctic air mass is battling scorching heat from the Southern USA, creating heavy winds and strong thunderstorm activity. Canada will win this war Sunday as cool dry air will move into the US via northwesterly winds.

This war is beyond the control of Americans AND Canadians. These forces, like something else I will not bring up, were not elected by the people of North America.

How do we declare war on weather airmasses?
