Canada and USA plane travel question?

to travel alone do you have to be a certain age in Canada like say i wanted to go see my aunt in the US but i live in Canada so i get enough money to buy a ticket and go see her but only me with out parents so do i need to be a certain age to travel alone?

  1. No you will just have to pay an unaccompanied minor fee.


  2. Most airlines will let you fly unaccompanied at 14.   If you are younger, you may fly, but your parents need to pay a fee for you to be supervised as an "unaccompanied minor."  you must have a passport and a letter of permission signed by both parents and notarized.
