Cricket Canada on Wednesday, announced their 14-man squad for the forthcoming ICC America's Twenty20 tournament, commencing from July 17, 2011, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The vice-president of Canada cricket board, Vimal Hardat, was confident that the squad they have selected for America’s tournament would put up a strong show.
"Having already qualified for the T20 Cricket World Cup Qualifier (in 2012) we saw this as a good chance to have some of our prospects test themselves as well as to give our more senior players a chance to get ready for Afghanistan,"
said Hardat while talking to the media reporters.
