  1. before applying for immigration to Canada , you must make a choice of which province you would like to establish you and your family :

Before applying to immigrate to Canada, provincial nominees must complete the provincial nomination process. Contact the province for more information.

    Alberta

    Manitoba

    Newfoundland and Labrador

    Prince Edward Island

    Yukon

    British Columbia

    New Brunswick

    Nova Scotia

    Saskatchewan

Note: After you have been nominated by a province, you have to make a separate application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for permanent residence. A CIC officer will assess your application based on Canadian immigration regulations.

Provincial nominees are not assessed on the six selection factors of the Federal Skilled Workers Program.

  2. All the best to you and your family. I agree with the two people who suggested contacting the Canadian government or getting information from the government website, but I would also like to add a word of caution.

There have been problems in Canada with "immigration consultants" who take people's money and do not do anything for them. Please be very careful. In general, it is probably wise to stay away from these "consultants".

You might also want to contact legal clinics in the area in which you would like immigrate to see if they can direct you to someone reputable who can help you, such as the Southeast Asian Legal Clinic in Toronto.

  3. Your best source of information:

                    Hon. Diane Finley,

                    Minister of Citizenship and Immigration

                    House of Commons,

                    Ottawa, ON  K1A 0A6

  4. Go to CIC website and you can find out about migrating to Canada... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html go to the point system and the amount of money you will need is there... all the best.

  5. Contact specialist in immigration in Canada.

Visa of US has no imporance in your need.
