I was just wondering if their was an infantry division in the second world war that was involved with the campaigns in italy, asia, Normandy, and western Europe in 1945. If their wasn't, could you tell me if it would be historically inacurret (mind my spelling) if I were to write a story in which a group of Canadian soldiers fought on all four of these battlegrounds. Thank you.

  1. There was several. Go to wikipedia and type in Canada in World War II. A good info site.

  2. Canadian troops fought valiantly in all arenas of the War. As they were part of the British Commonwealth at the time - you might have better luck looking in that direction.

They are renowned for their bravery AND gallantry.
