Canada is one of the safest countries in the world?

Studies concluded that Canada was ONE of the safest countries in the world. Do you agree? Why or why not? Opinions please!

They are totally liberal like a giant San Fransisco. There is not crime because you can get away with almost anything. It is almost like They all smoke pot. But being honest and not knowing the exact reason. I will say that in a poll from the United Nation and Amnesty International, Canada was number 4 in the top ten countries. So they must be doing something right. The survey took all things into account, employment figures, crime, government discontent, health care, over all individuals health. Canada was number 4 in the world so they obviously have a great country to live in. But about the crime. I would have to guess, if you all have jobs, and are happy with you government, all have medical and dental, and have god paying jobs that you don't have to work a 16 hour day all the time. Then people are happy and can make a good living so there really is not need for crime would there be. By the way the USA no longer even ranks in the top ten we were I think 17th.

Yes, the crime is very low in Canada and it is very safe when it comes to natural disasters.
