Hey everyone

I am soon moving from Canada to San Francisco...and I am going into grade 10. I am really scared and nervous on how different the education will be. What should I study or know before I attend school in the US? How different is it and what is different about it? Will I find it easier or harder? I know this is a tough question but if anyone has gone through the same thing please let me know:)

  1. go on google and try to tread from the differnces in the us studies and canadian studies

then try to study wat u dont know during the summer break or when ur doign nothing

also it would probably help to get a  a tutor in san fransico

    good luck!

  2. Each state is different but here in NY each history course doesn't really build on the last one. If you inform the school you weren't previously a US citizen they might be able to place you in courses they'll make it easier for you to adjust.

Different schools have very different styles of teaching and some are a lot easier than others. Try contacting the school you're moving to ask and how you can prepare.

    Good luck in the US

  3. ok so i cant tell you about the education or anything but i can give advice. just study as hard as you can and im sure you will be fine and its probably not that diffrent from your current school you went to

  4. it'll most likly be easier.

  5. depending on the school, chances are it will be easier. but the teachers will work to accommodate you.
