are york and carleton good universities?

I think they are both good schools.  York always gets knocked by University of Toronto students but I think that's done in good spirits.  Either way if you get a degree from either school it will be recognized.  For location, I'd rather go to York because I like Toronto better than Ottawa but then again I'd rather study in Australia because I don't like cold winters!  Check out their websites.
