Canadian Holiday Itinerary / Checklist?

Question

I have been given a holiday in Canada for 1 week in Vancouver and 1 week in Toronto! Problem is I havent made an itinerary / plans etc because have only found out! And my wife and I fly out this wednesday from the UK. Does anyone have any advice? and or a site where I can get a free itinerary template to start working on?
