Canadian Immigration: can anyone help?

Question

My cousin was moved from a facility and then placed in a canadian immigration holding center. We haven't herd from her since. (so therefore we do not know the name of the location) We're afraid that she had become extremly depressed and doesn't want to contact us or maybe something is wrong. Can anyone give me the names or numbers to any immigration holding places in Canada. Thank you it would really mean alot! Any information will help.

5700 Airport Road (just outside Pearson Airport) in Toronto, they have record of everyone being held in Toronto area.

In Toronto it used to be next to the airport (Was a hotel, but I forgot the name) on Airport Rd, in Mississauga (where Toronto airport is)

Court I think is in Brampton, on Kennedy Rd

I was allowed to visit a Korean guy there once who was being deported, (He phoned me from San Francisco 6 months later)
