Canadian Qualification for Mortgage advice?

can someone please tell me what the qualification is in Canada to sell or give advice on mortgages and or Insurance? I'm basically a marketing person but I want to change careers since i am migrating to Canada!!!

There are fine lines between advice, and advising. If you charge any fee you can be held liable for bad info, especially if you have no education for that field.pp
