Hi!

I am applying for Temporary Resident Visa (Visitor Visa) for Canada to Visit Niagara Falls. One of the question in the form is

During the past five years have you or any family member accompanying

you lived in any other country than your country of citizenship or

permanent residence for more than six months.

I am on H1-B Visa in USA and was on F1 earlier since 2002.

I don't know what to put in start and end date. As in Between for a month or so I visited my home country for twice. My H1 Visa is valid for another year or so.

Stay in USA

Start Date .. End date

Thanks

CPS

  1. You obviously have to answer "yes" and the start date would be whenever in 2002 you started living in the US, and it would be up to now if you are still living there.  Attach a note explaining the situation if the form does not allow you to enter all the necessary information.
