Canadian and US iTunes?

I live in the US so I have a US iTunes account. Is there a way I can get songs off the Canadian store?(They have some I want that aren't on the US store)

I heard that if you try to set up a new account it won't let you use an American credit card.

Will it word if I use an American iTunes card on the Canadian site? Or do I need a Canadian iTunes card?

You can't get them from another region .....It's the same deal when we try ro get music and movies from US sites
