Canadian at&t call centers?

I have heard recently that at&t might be pulling their Canadian call centers, but have been unable to find anything out about this. Has anyone heard anything?

The international company of Convergys has the AT&T contract.  However, when you call you could be getting a Convergys call center in Canada or the US, you never know.  Since At&T doesn't have their own call centres they won't be pulling out.
