Canadian boyfriend living in the UK, how can he stay?

my boyfriend is 17 and canadian. He is in full time education and hoping to stay in the UK for university and onwards. However, his parents are moving back to Canada next year, is it possible that he can stay in the UK? How can we go about getting the permission for him to stay? HELP!

  1. Auch thats easy, if he's got a place at university he should get it easily. Try the american embassy or even ask at the university he'll be attending. You wont get deported!


  2. not sure about the UK, but you can marry him and if you are legal to live in the UK, that buys him time.

    You can probably extend the student visa as well.
