Canadian candy nougut's name? please help.?

I was only able to find it in Ontario, Canada. I don't know if they still make it.

It comes in a blue box/wrap. It has cherries, nuts and it is wrapped with rice paper.

I am a former chef and and know Roman Nougat, and the ones you describe sound like Italian Torrone. If you could add a comment and tell me which city you found them and even a brand name would be helpful, I live in Toronto and shop all the ethnic area.
