Canadian doctors: US medstudent who is a Canadian citizen wants to practice in Canada....?

Hello, I am a Canadian Citizen with a BSc from Alberta. I am currently a medstudent (D.O. program) in the States. I would like to come back to Alberta and practice as a family physician. How can I do that?

Well, the first thing you'll have to do is make sure that Alberta accepts the DO degree to license you as a physician.  Not all provinces do...Quebec is a good example.  The RCPC is not all that accepting of DO credentialed physicians.
