Canadian going to Cuba for the 1st time- what identification do i need other than a Passport?

Your current and up-tp-date passport is all that is needed to go to Cuba. That's all they look at when at the Cuban customs.

You don't need anything else other than your passport.

The tourist visa (carta turista) will be provided for you when you board your plane (unless your travel agent will provide it for you...but most likely it will be given on the plane).

But, if you plan on renting a car, you would naturally need your driver's license.
