Canadian growing zones, ??? I only know about the USA ones ? help?

I use the Sunset Western Garden book for growing zones and now I have a friend who has moved to Canada and wants to start growing things. How does one find online that growing zones for Canada ? thanks

usually they grow it in the basement.

wouldn't want everyone getting high now.
