Canadian mens league?

i was jw how old do you have to be to play in a ordinary mens hockey leagueat a local rink, and do you need experience, i use to play goalie for rep team as a kid but i wanan get back into hockey but as a player for fun

depends on where you are but the leagues here in the city area (T.o gta area) is pretty ageless. you have to be legal, and have some sort of experience/backround of the game, for some of the better team, but if not you can still find a team that will take you. 19 is fine.

If you have goalie equipment a lot of leagues will overlook your age because they need goalies. We had a 15 year old playing net for his dads team in our league a few years back.
