There are two bays both provinces have coastlines on: Hudson as mentioned above, and James (a smaller arm of Hudson Bay, but named separately).

Hudson's Bay, which was largely believed to have been made by an astroid many many years ago does border Quebec and Ontario... along with Manitoba, and Nunavut to boot.
