Canadian visa waiver to hungarians??

I heard that Canada lifted its visas to czech and latvian visitors, it is a step further to lift them to hungary too? Could hungary get included in the waiver this year or how is the situation. Also how is the situation with the us lifting visas to hungarians. Thanks
