Canadian work visa?

I am an Australian, and I have a criminal report on my name for a very minor misdemeanor, I dont think I'll be able to get a police clearance until i sort it out, but hav'nt the time. Will i be able to get a work visa for Canada??

I don't know but I do know that they ask for a criminal record when you apply for a work visa. Now it's up to them to decide whether to grant you the visa or not because of your record. Maybe you should take care of that first and then apply for the visa.
