Canaidna trip planning software with gas prices?

Question

I am considering taking a week long trip from Toronto Ontario to Boston, MA.

I checked paquest and it says its about an 11 hour drive.

I tried using Microsoft streets & Trips to plan a route and show me gas prices but it will only show me USA addresses, won't let me plan a Canadian address.

Do you know of any websites that will let me plan a trip from Toronto Ontario to Boston MA and show me approx how much gas will cost?? If it makes a difference we drive a 2002 Kia Sportage and will be towing a small tent trailer.
