Canal Plus HD in London?

I am thinking about getting Canal Plus HD

I am in France at the moment for a few days.

Please can you advise me. If I get a Subscription here will I be able to use it in South East London?

Back in London I ve got Sky digital can I use the same sky mini dish?

If not which dish should I use ( 45 cm, 60 cm?)

Your best bet is to ask the supplier if your subscription can be transferred.
