  1. Sprinting! Sprinting builds bigger muscles but it is usually pretty hard that can find a tred that can go fast enough to get to a full sprint on. Other than that they can't really help you out at all. Have fun.

    eat rice

    eat alot of cakes/sweets

  3. the only way a treadmill can be used to gain weight is to LIFT IT and NOT RUN on it . . .

  4. Run on the tredmile at the highest inclination.  It will build your legs muscles trmendously and you will definatley gain a couple of pounds.
