Canary bird moulting

can anyone tell me when i boil an egg what way do i give it to my canary while moulting do i give it the yellow or white do i mix it up with the bird seed or give it straight and what about the shell

You could include some of both the white and the yolk.  You could also give it "Kaytee Forti Diet Egg-Cite Canary Food", which is a well-balanced diet for molting birds.  This food includes egg material.
