Cancel Direct Tv?

Hi, I have direct tv install for the past 3 days and I hate it. Everything plays on east time zone. I want to know , are they going to charge a cancellation fee? If so, how much is it? Isn't there a grace period? Any help is appericated.

You signed a contract and had the equipment put in. There is no grace period.

There is usually (not always) a 90 day period that they never tell you about unless you specifically ask.  Your best bet is to call customer service and ask for a "Case Manager."  Don't even bother with the regular customer service clowns.  The "case manager" will have to call you back later, but they are the only ones who are helpful.
