Cancel/Report money order?

Question

I bought an item from a seller off a site. This site isn't like ebay where you bid for the item, but I did tell the guy that i would buy the item off of him and sent the money first. Its been 2 weeks and i haven't received my item yet. the guy got banned from the site and i e-mailed him twice and imed him but still no answer. is there a way i can cancel the postal money order that i had sent to him? what if he cashed it, can i still somehow cancel it and get my money back?

no you can not cancel the money order -- that is the risk of doing business over the net!!!

I would report it a.s.a.p. but I doubt that it hasn't been cash yet. I don't know man. Sounds too difficult. Sorry that this happen to you!!!
