How do you cancel meetings and inform group members?

  1. send a message/ post from off the group and click special notice at the bottom- in case some have that mail setting


  2. Send a Special Notice to all group members telling them that the meeting(s) have been cancelled.  This will go to all members except those who have their email delivery set at No Mail.  

    Sign in to the group where you want to send the Special Notice to members.

    Click on Post.

    After you have entered the subject and text, scroll down near the bottom of page and click on the blank square in front of "Send this message as a Special Notice".

    Click Send.  The message will go to all members except those who have their email delivery set at "No Mail".
