  1. TRY IT!  THERE WAS A RECENT COURT RULING STATING THAT THE SPRINT/NEXTEL CANCELLATION FEE WAS ILLEGAL, IN CALIFORNIA (I BELIEVE) I HEARD PART OF THIS MESSAGE..NOT COMPLETELY POSITIVE. HOWEVER, I BELIEVE THAT SOME COMPANIES CANCELLATION FEES ARE BEING OVERTURNED..

  2. Call and tell them that the phone service is useless to you because you cannot get service in your building they may let you off the contract. Insist that you were relying on this phone as your primary phone service.

  3. i don't think thats possible

  4. If you "cancel" without paying the fee, what you're doing is ceasing to pay while you still have a valid contract.  If you do so, you will almost certainly  get reported to the various credit agencies in the U.S. as a bad credit risk.  It's not worth it.

  5. Lol it does'nt matter what you tell them they have you bound by a contract.
