Canceling purchase?

I purchase a bottle of wine at a bar with credit card, before receiving the bottle of wine I was kick-out of the bar by management. Can I get a refund for the bottle?

They have no right keeping your money if you didn't receive it. Go get your money back. It just wasn't your night was it.

I would call up there... once you've sobered up and ask to speak to the manager. They can credit your card for that amount over the phone. If they give you any grief about it, cancel it with your credit card company.
