Cancellation of marketing discipline guidelines in LPG?

Your question is not clear. You want the guidelines to be cancelled or have they been cancelled and you want an opinion or you want a debate on whether they should be cancelled or not ?

I think that these guidelines need modifications so that actual culprits are taken to task and that these could not be utilised by some vindictive officers as a tool for corruption and personal gains. I strongly hold that dual pricing, subsidy etc. be abolished and a free market competition be promoted along with abundant supply of LPG. You will thereafter need no MDG.
