Don't know why, but I signed up for a magazine service, it was a little misleading and I was very tired. Anyways, the point is, they've already billed me (god knows why I gave them the billing information), and I want to cancel and get a refund. The subscription was on Friday, and by law I believe I'm entitled to a refund within 3 business days (which is Monday if I'm not mistakened). I haven't called them yet, but I will first thing in the morning. Does anyone know if I will get a refund and cancellation? I know under FTC Telemarketting Sales Rule, it must be CLEARLY stated that there is a No Cancellation and No Refund Policy BEFORE the sale is made, and it was NEVER mentioned in the conversation.
