Question:

Cancelling a bid on ebay (buy-now)?

The reason is because there's a high possibility that the purchased item is actually fake. I was being foolish and thought I'd save a lot of money and because I feared that another person could buy it, I quickly bought it. After some research, I found out that many items are fake (the same/similar item I purchased).

Now I want to cancel it. I haven't paid yet, what should I tell the seller? Will s/he let me go, if I tell her that most of the stuff is probably fake? :S Please help me.

  1. Go to security  center - customer support

  2. leave it a couple of days then email seller stating the you are unable to complete sale due to financial problems say you got fired from your job or got credit card bill saying some ones be spending on your card and you be happy to buy the product at a later date,

or you could just ignore seller they will just file a unpaid item and you will get a ebay strike but be careful three strike and your out as they say

  3. Expect to be shot at sunrise if you try any of the above!
