Cancun Palace or Moon Palace?

Which is best for 2 adults and 2 children? Best beach? Best location? Best food? Any advice?

Like the other poster said, the Moon Palace is all off by itself.  I was there 2 years ago for my honeymoon.  It has a fairly large sandy beach, but the water is all sea grass.  We never even got into the ocean there.  We really enjoyed the accommodations, and the free tours that are included are great also.  Lots of food choices.

I have not been to the Cancun Palace, so I really can't comment.  I have been to the Playacar Palace and Cozumel Palace and both those resorts are very nice as well.  It just really depends on what you're looking for as to which one is best for you.  Check out tripadvisor.com if you haven't already.

well moon palace is wayy bigger and better than cancun palace but the beach in cancun palace is alot better.

Well... I would go to the Moon Palace, but I'm single and all I wanna do is eat and sleep. It's larger than the Cancun Palace (try 2,103 units vs. 601on the CP), it has more restaurants and more to do inside, but if you wanna go downtown and catch a movie you'll have to travel, the Moon Palace is not on any hotel zone, it's kinda secluded. Cancun Palace is right on the hotel zone, next to the J.W. Marriot. So it depends, if you're gonna stay at the resort all the time, go to the Moon, if you wanna go out, go to the Cancun Palace.
