Cancurn status after last year's hurricane?

I am planning a trip to cancun with a few friends, and I just found out that last year there was a significant hurricane in the region which created much damage in the area. i am wondering if everything is restored back to normal and if it is worth taking the vacation right now.

Hurricane Wilma in 2005 (almost 3 years ago) All is well and back to normal, in some areas, it's better.

Go and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of Cancun.I was there last May and you couldn't tell that a hurricane hit Cancun.)

I was there in Jan. and it was just fine
