    xx

  3. Seal and Caribou.

  4. CANDIAN - don't know. Canadian............Cheese, Maple Syrup, Moose....

  5. I am not only a Canadian, I am a former chef from Canada, and a few of the more traditional dishes are Tourtiere a pork pie from Quebec, Flipper Pie a seal flipper and veg pie from Newfoundland, Rappie Pie a chicken and potato meat bake From the Acadian part of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

In Ontario we have the Beaver Tail a sweet dough concoction from Winterlude in Ottawa, down here in Toronto we have several local favs, I go to a burger joint that makes onion rings the size of glazed doughnots and a double cheese and bacon burger that is 6" thick.

All over Canada you have regional foods and specialties, most derived from the ethnic diversity of this great country, I was a chef for over 20 years and worked abroad and saw the world, and we have as much to offer here as anywhere I travelled and most of that is here to in the ethnic markets now, you can get almost anything here.

  6. Well technically Canada is made up of various cultures from all around the world therefore there are not too many specific Canadaian foods. Maple syrup, wild game, beaver tails [not ACTUALLY beaver tails ;) ], and seafood are good choices. Tim Hortons is also a very popular place to eat in Canada.
