Canker Sore From h**l?

i have a canker sore on the tip of my tongue and another back by where my wisdom teeth have recently started to come in, also my saliva glans are swollen so I'm drowning in my on spit. ive tried everything, orajel, hydrogen peroxide, vitamins.. what can i do to stop the pain.

Based on my experience, I needed to endure the pain for 24 hours. I needed to avoid spicy food and refrain from drinking too hot or too cold beverages. I also gargled with antiseptic solution (available on drugstores and pharmacies) to heal it faster.
