Canker sores and a sore throat

Question

so the last couple days i had two canker sores appear in my mouth. The first one on the left side of my mouth on my inner lip but not on the acual lip but up almost as far as you can put your tongue. Then i got one in the same place on the right side of my mouth. A day or two later my throat started to become a little sore. It is still a little sore. It was never a severe sore throat. And the sores are still there. It has been about three or four days i would guess. what could this be?

i have completed a radiation therapy for my naso pharyngeal cancer and its been ayear now..but still i keep having this sore throat for a long time since then...what medication should I take to stop this sore..it really bothers me so much...
