It's 4:10 in the d**n morning and I can't sleep. I need to be awake in a few hours.

Sometimes i find myself sleeping far too much.. 10 hours or more.

Anything I can do to make my sleep patterns better?

  2. I just lay in bed, stare at the ceiling and let my mind wander.

  4. order is a big help for me making sure i have lots going on and doing structured days helps use stored energy and use up brain time so you get tried and sleep they r to very different things you can sleep ten hours and be tired all day so use energy and brain time well during the day so you can focus on sleeping at night. also reading at night can help make you tired, hot drinks, lower caffeine levels, warm bath or shower, meditate to sleep. then there is always valium. lol.
