I have helped my mother can tomatoes for as long as I can remember. It's been at least 10 years since I last canned till this year. I am cold packing and when I go to take jars out of the bath I am finding 3 out of 7 lids are bending. I am wondering what is causing this so I can correct this problem. Am I over filling the jars? Faulty lids? Cooking too long?I am so confused, please help.
