Canning jalapeno peppers

I know I can just google this but

This year I got a bunch of peppers from my garden .

so dose anyone have any good step by step ways to can jalapeno peppers.

How do you keep the peppers crisp?  I've canned peppers for 10 years but have not found a way to keep them crisp.
